For crocodile, caiman and python skin, processing of CITES documents will take 2 - 3 business days before delivery.
Orders are processed Mondays – Fridays (excluding Thailand public holidays), pending stock availability and payment. All deliveries will be made within the next 3 business days after we have received your order.
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped. To follow up your order, please use the tracking ID sent to your email. Once your order is shipped, we shall not be responsible or held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery, and/or if the shipment is lost or damage during its way to the destination.
For international shipping, Apart from Thailand royal postal, we also offer DHL, for fast and reliable service. Total delivery time varies depends on the country and address. It takes normally 5 – 15 days.
We currently do not have refund policy and we do not accept any refunds at the moment. You may wish to return a product to us.
